Power is generated locally on the building’s roof and fed directly into the building’s existing grid. With Full Power, you switch to re-green completely, including residual power from wind and hydro. With Rooftop Power, you keep your existing power contract and additionally use solar power from the roof. In your case, your landlord has commissioned re-green to implement the tenant electricity model, which is why both tariffs can be offered to you.

Power is generated directly on the roof of your commercial building – exactly where it is used. Building owners provide us with roof space. re-green leases these roofs, builds and operates solar systems on them and generates clean green power. This power is fed directly into your building’s existing grid and sold at a low price to all tenants who are re-green customers. If the solar systems cannot cover demand, for example due to bad weather, we secure supply with green power from the public grid.

Damage to or failure of the system has no effect on your power supply. We secure uninterrupted supply by purchasing power where needed.
